Healthy Living Course - An Introduction to Holistic Health and Healing Techniques

Come and discover the world of Holistic Therapies. This 10 Week course will give you an introduction and taste of; Indian Head Massage, Meditation, Spiritual Life Coaching, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Nia Technique, Attracting Abundance, Tai Chi and Chi Gung, Yoga and Nutrition. If you have always wondered what these therapies are and whether they are for you, then this course is for you! Early booking is advisable.
