Buggy Fit

An outdoor exercise class for mums and babies to workout together. The class is suitable for all levels of fitness and involves a combination of cardio and tone along with work for the abs and back. It is fun and a great way to meet new mums. Classes run all over Newport, Cardiff & Penarth. Please visit www.fit4two.org.uk for more info. Days & Times vary. Penarth 11.30-12.30pm Fridays
